# USG Contractor Proof Dropbox

Use this folder to upload raw evidence files for analysis.

## Upload folders
- invoices/: invoices issued by Carolina to USG
- remittances/: remittance advices or payment confirmations from USG
- contracts_or_agreements/: service agreements, engagement letters, email agreements
- bank_support/: bank statements or payment receipts showing matching transactions
- timesheets/: hours evidence (if available)
- emails/: email threads confirming scope, deliverables, hours, role
- other/: additional supporting documents

## Naming convention (recommended)
YYYY-MM-DD_short-description.ext

Examples:
- 2026-04-05_invoice-CP-001.pdf
- 2026-04-12_usg-remittance-CP-001.pdf
- 2026-03-01_service-agreement-usg.pdf

## Next step after upload
Once files are uploaded, ask Codex to:
1) extract and map payment evidence
2) match invoice <-> remittance <-> bank proof
3) build a contractor evidence summary for VETASSESS/visa support
